Today is dedicated to acclimatization, crucial for a successful trek. Visit the iconic monasteries like Thiksey and Shey, marvel at the architecture, and enjoy panoramic views of the Indus Valley. Take a leisurely stroll through Leh, acclimating to the altitude and preparing for the upcoming journey.

Embark on your trek, starting from Leh and passing through Chilling before reaching Skiu. The trek takes 5-6 hours, and youll witness the changing landscape, from lush greenery to the rugged terrains of Skiu, situated at an elevation of 3400m.

Begin your descent from Kang Yatse II Base camp to Kang Yatse I Base camp at 5000m. The trail offers a different perspective of the landscape, and the lower altitude provides relief. Take this day to rest and recover before the next phase of the trek.

Resume your trek to Kang Yatse II Summit Camp at 5500m. The trail takes you through diverse terrains, offering a mix of challenges and scenic beauty. As you approach the summit camp, the anticipation builds for the final push towards the highest point of Kang Yatse II.
